ST. VINCENT de PAUL SOCIETY

The SVP Group meets every other Friday at 6.00 pm in the priory. Please consult the Bulletin for details of the next meeting.

The Council is made up of approx 10 members and meets every two months.

UNION of CATHOLIC MOTHERDS.

The Union of Catholic Mothers meets monthly on Thursday evenings in the Presbytery, please check the Bulletin for the date of the enxt meeting or contact Fr. Matthew.

 Knights of St. Columbia.

The local branch of the Knights of St. Columba have their monthly meetings in the Presbtery. Please contact Mr. Stephen Scott on 01946 67099 for more information.

Catholic Men's Society

The Catholic Mens club in Whitehaven on Queen st in Whitehaven is open most evenings, with a large screen with Sky Sports. Bingo takes place twice a week and there is live monthly entertainment.

The club can also be hired for private parties - christening and funeral teas for example.

St. Begh's Social Centre

The St. Begh's Social Centre is open most evenings from 7.00 pm. Various groups also use the Centre during the day-time.

The centre is available for private bookings on Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons.  For more information please contact the steward - Jim, on 694341 after 7.00 pm most evenings.

The club has a capacity of 160.

The Club is situated right next door to St. Begh's Church on Coach Road.
